Bluesky: improved token refresh and video publishing
Fixed an issue where Bluesky profiles could become inactive because refreshed access tokens were not saved correctly.
We also fixed video publishing for Bluesky. Video uploads now use the correct Bluesky video service flow, including upload, processing status checks, and attaching the processed video to the post.
Instagram Business: improved media upload error handling
Improved handling of Facebook media upload errors for Instagram Business publishing. These errors are now detected more accurately and can be retried when possible.
